Re: Fraudulent claim of Prince Victor Woluchem as King of Port Harcourt and Eminent Chief of the Ikwerre Nation
In the name of Her Royal Majesty, Eze Barr. Uchechukwu Isaiah Elikwu JP, Eze Epara Rebisi XII and Supreme Ruler (King) of Port Harcourt and the chiefs and good people of Port Harcourt bring their warm congratulations and greetings to you and the members of your great empire.
The attention of the fine people of the Kingdom of Rebisi in Port Harcourt City Council was drawn to the fraudulent portrayal of Prince Victor Woluchem as King of Port Harcourt and prominent leader of the Ikwerre Nation when they made visit to your palace on the occasion of the turban of the Honorable Minister of Transport, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi as Dan Daura of Kastina State on February 5, 2022.
We endeavor to bring to your notice and notice that Prince Victor Woluchem is not a Chief, nor the King of Port Harcourt or a prominent Chief of the Ikwerre Nation.
This fact was confirmed by the Rivers State High Court in its Judgment in Lawsuit No. PHC/1818/2013 between Chief Emeka Anyabelem & Ors Vs Prince Victor Woluchem & Ors rendered on November 5, 2021.
It is instructive to note that the High Court of Rivers State in said judgment declared and confirmed that His Royal Majesty, Eze Barr. Uchechukwu Isaiah Elikwu JP, as Eze Epara Rebisi, the XII and Supreme Ruler (King) of Port Harcourt.
Furthermore, the judgment specifically prevented Prince Victor Woluchem from impersonating the Eze Epara Rebisi and Supreme Ruler (King) of Port Harcourt.
A copy of said judgment order is attached for your perusal.
Moreso, the Government of Rivers State, with the knowledge of Prince Victor Woluchem, in accordance with the aforementioned judgment, officially presented to His Royal Majesty Eze Barr. Uchechukwu Isaiah Elikwu, Certificate of Recognition and Office Staff as Eze Epara Rebisi, the XII and Supreme Ruler (King) of Port Harcourt.
Based on the foregoing, the portrayal of Prince Victor Woluchem as King of Port Harcourt and prominent leader of the Ikwerre Nation to you is fraudulent, malicious, absurd, criminal and contemptuous of the order of the Honorable Court.
We therefore urge you to disregard, disregard and reject said representation.
Please accept our kind and esteemed assurances.
